I purchased some bellapierre glitter powder. When I got home I found that the pot had already been opened. When I tried to return it the next day they accused me of using it and trying to return it. I have never been spoken to so rudely by sales staff. The fact is they had sold me a dodgy product and refused to give my money back!
I totally agree with the review above, the sales staff are really rude have have obviously been told to go in for a hard sell.
I will never be spending my money on their products again.
