Our Top New Fragrances for the Season Ahead

It’s the perfect time of year to find your new signature scent, be it floral, musky or something in between. At House of Fraser we have some exciting new fragrance launches (just in time for Christmas too) which are perfect for the cold winter months.

Guerlain Eau De Fleurs De Cedrat
This new scent is slightly deceiving, as it’s not new at all. In fact, it originated back in 1920 and has just now been brought back by the french fragrance house. Consisting of lemony accents from the Mediterranean, this traditional family formula will be sure to beat the winter blues.

Yohji Yamamoto Yohji Femme Eau de Parfum
Having only just launched at House of Fraser, Yohji Yamamoto brings a taste of Japan to the West. Yohji Femme is a beautiful blend of jasmine and lily with a fruity touch of pear and blackcurrant. The base notes are slightly woody and musky, making it the perfect winter scent.

Penhaligons Vaara
An interesting and alluring blend of coriander, carrot seeds, honey and cedarwood, Vaara is most definately a top signature scent. Inspired by the local markets in Jodhpur, this perfume really does conjure images of the orient.

Cartier Baiser VolAi?? Essence de Parfum
This sweet, floral fragrance is perfectly luxurious. Not only will this look gorgeous on any dressing table, but it smells wonderfully different to boot. This perfume from Cartier is sure to turn heads!

Yves Saint Laurent Opium Gold Eau de Parfum Collectors Edition
The bottle of this classic and iconic scent has been reinvented for Christmas.Ai?? A warm scent with notes of bergamot, myrrh and amber, this vibrant fragrance will be the perfect present to open on Christmas Day.

D&G The One Limited Edition Gold Eau de Parfum
Are you a Diva? Do you like to have your perfume match your personality? Then D&G The One is the perfect fragrance for you! This Limited Edition bottle looks glamorous and eye-catching, and we would love to see this in our collection.

Alice Carroll

I'm Alice, Al or, if you are the five year old me, Ice (yes, I did want to be a member of Kris Kross, and yes, I did wear my jeans backwards). Womenswear Editor at House of Fraser Online, I've grown out of backwards clothes and instead chose to invest my money in vintage sportswear and bomber jackets, while inking my body with unnecessary tattoos and rapping along to every word of The Streets - Original Pirate Material. My proudest moments were seeing a shoot I styled in my favourite magazine and getting a three-dart-finish in a game of darts. Oh, and Bart Simpson was my first crush.
