Rosemary gimlet

Ingredients:

For the rosemary syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves

For the cocktail
50ml gin
25ml fresh lime juice
25ml rosemary syrup
Ice
Rosemary sprig for garnish

Method:

1. To make the rosemary syrup, place all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and let it cool down. Once cooled, strain the rosemary from the syrup before bottling and placing it in the fridge for later.

2. Combine your ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it halfway with ice. Shake for about 30 seconds, strain and pour into a chilled glass. Serve with a garnish. We recommend a sprig of rosemary or a lime wedge for that extra oomph.

Sloesecco

Ingredients:

25ml sloe gin
100ml prosecco

Method:

1. Just pour your sloe gin into a flute glass and finish off with some prosecco. That’s it, that’s the recipe. The best things in life are simple, right?
