The celebrity couple shall be rooting through their wardrobes and selling off their wares, all in the name of charity. Every five years they create their pop up shop called ‘Out the Closet’ to raise money for the Elton John Aids Foundation. Tamara Mellon wins battle against mum

Shoe guru and founder of Jimmy Choo, Tamara Mellon, has been tied up in a legal battle with her mother since 2008. It has now eventually come to an end and Tamara received £6 million from Ann Yeardye. The battle was over funds which were owed to Tamara, when she sold the label to an investment group for $100 million, an error accidentally transferred some shares to Mrs Yeardye’s family account. She then refused to return them, and then launched a complaint against her daughter for fraud and breach of contract. Both sides reportedly agreed amicably. [Grazia Daily]

Naturally straight hair… sort of

It may soon be possible to get a hair straightening pill. Scientists have just discovered the ‘curly hair gene’ also known as trichohyalin, this means that scientists could then go on to create a pill for creating straight or curly hair. It also means that it will be possible to predict if a baby will have straight or curly locks. The most important use for this finding will be in forensics and creating more accurate efits.
